Tri County Furniture Service (Team TCFS) will receive a work order from your provider who may be a manufacturer, retail store, logistics company, or an extended warranty company. You will be notified by TCFS when we receive your work order, and we will schedule or confirm your service appointment with you.

However, we have outlined some basic information and what you need to know regarding your service visit. Tri County Furniture Service (Team TCFS) has been in business for over 20 years servicing customers just like you every day and we want your service experience to be above your expectations and to make sure it’s a very easy and smooth process for you.

 

Most services will fall under one of the following categories:

  • Manufacturer’s Warranty
  • Extended Warranty
  • Delivery Damages
  • Out of Warranty Service

 

Tri County Furniture Service (Team TCFS) will receive a work order from your provider who may be a manufacturer, retail store, logistics company, or an extended warranty company. You will be notified by TCFS when we receive your work order, and we will schedule or confirm your service appointment with you.

Your work order will contain information about what we need to clean or repair when we come to your home. A TCFS technician can only service what has been approved by your provider and we are not allowed to add anything onto the work order by your request. Please contact your provider make sure of what has been approved for us to service.

At the time of the service visit, the technician will gather needed information and proceed to clean or repair the approved items. If the cleaning or repair cannot be completed for any reason, we will submit a report to your provider with all the details why and what would need to be done to correct the reported problems.

Here are a few examples why a service may not get completed during your service visit:

  • A part is needed from your manufacturer
  • Extra time approval is needed
  • The stain or damage is different than what is reported, or it is not covered

 

We will take required photos/ video of the items and submit a full report to your provider. Once we do that, they will determine how to handle the claim from there. TCFS cannot make any decisions on what is to be or not to be done. We will provide the details and your provider takes it from there. After your service visit you will receive a post service survey to capture feedback regarding your service experience with TCFS. For any after service questions, please contact your provider.
