We wanted to give you an update on how our team is handling this situation when it comes to in home service. Our techs in the field have been advised to ramp up safety for the duration of this outbreak. They may be wearing latex gloves, surgical masks and other equipment as necessary. The CDC recommends that you do wear a mask & our technician will do so as a safety measure.

Please do not be nervous or upset by the safety measures we are taking as it is in everyone’s best interest. As far as scheduling goes, there may be delays due to Covid. We are checking our employee’s health status daily and based on symptoms may determine that it’s in the best interest of the public to have them tested for Covid 19. When this occurs, you will be notified and moved to another route. If you cancel due to the outbreak and want to wait it out, we will let your vendor know and you will have to contact them once you are ready for service.

We are also asking all customers if anyone is sick to let us know prior to coming to the home, we do not want to offend anyone, but we do need to protect everyone we can, our employees as well. We have also instructed our technicians the same. If they are sick, they should not be on the road. We also do not want to shut down service in the field, but in the case that we do need to pull technicians off the road for whatever reason, such as mandatory quarantines etc., we will let you know as well. We are watching very closely to make sure our techs and you, the customers remain as safe as possible from transmission. We appreciate your understanding at this time, and should you have any questions, please let us know.

We also request you maintain social distancing within your home while the technician is working. Please allow them room to work within your home and follow social distancing guidelines. They may need to remove their mask to actually perform some tasks on your furniture and it is best to maintain a safe distance at all times. They will communicate with you what was done and show you the results.
