We wanted to give you an update on how our team is handling the Pandemic when it comes to in home service. It seems as if we were close to the end but with the introduction of the Delta Variant and now the Omicron Variant, we must remain cautious. Our Field Service technicians have been advised to continue to proceed with safety first for the duration of the Pandemic. They may be wearing gloves, masks/ face coverings, and other equipment as necessary or as needed.
As our technicians get vaccinated and receive booster shots, we will be loosening these restrictions as cases decline.
We are also asking all customers if you are sick or have tested positive for Covid-19 to let us know prior to coming to the home, we do not want to offend anyone, but we do need to protect everyone we can, our employees as well. We have also instructed our Service Technicians the same. If they are sick, they should not be on the road. This may end up in a delay to your service as we will continue to follow CDC Covid protocols. We also do not want to shut down service in the field, but in the case that we do need to pull technicians off the road for whatever reason, such as mandatory quarantines, Covid protocols etc., we will let you know as well. We are watching very closely to make sure our employees and you, the customers, remain as safe as possible from transmission. We appreciate your understanding at this time, and should you have any questions, please let us know.
