We are also asking all customers if anyone is sick to let us know prior to coming to the home, we do not want to offend anyone, but we do need to protect everyone we can, our employees as well. We have also instructed our technicians the same. If they are sick, they should not be on the road. We also do not want to shut down service in the field, but in the case that we do need to pull technicians off the road for whatever reason, such as mandatory quarantines, Covid protocols etc., we will let you know as well. We are watching very closely to make sure our techs and you, the customers remain as safe as possible from transmission. We appreciate your understanding at this time, and should you have any questions, please let us know.

We wanted to give you an update on how our team is handling the Pandemic when it comes to in home service. Our techs in the field have been advised to ramp up safety for the duration of the Pandemic. They may be wearing latex gloves, masks/ face coverings, and other equipment as necessary or as needed. As our technicians get vaccinated, we will be loosening these restrictions.

We still also request you maintain social distancing within your home while the technician is working. Also, if you are not vaccinated, please wear a mask. Please allow them room to work within your home and follow social distancing guidelines. They may need to remove their mask to perform some tasks on your furniture and it is best to always maintain a safe distance. They will communicate with you what was done and show you the results.
